Admission Procedure and Policies
Admission Requirements
Health and Medical Condition
KHTS does not discriminate any student on health and medical condition. Nevertheless, students must declare any health or medical condition that is sensitive and needs acute care so that the community is aware of handling such conditions with informed support, proper assistance, and preventive measures. Students who have contagious health issues must declare to the authority upon joining the seminary or at any point during his/her study period if such a condition is diagnosed.
Admission on Condition
In few cases admission is granted to candidates with condition. In such cases “No Candidacy” is granted till the candidate’s proficiency is proven in the first year by demonstrating:
If these conditions are not made apparent in the first year, the student will be asked to withdraw his/her study from KHTS.
- A person holding a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Able to provide the required recommendations.
- Pass the interview conducted by the seminary.

- A desirable life style of commitment and dedication to ministry.
- A matured life style during his/her one-year of seminary life.
- His/her academic ability to undergo a master level of study and research by maintaining a GPA of C+ and above.
If these conditions are not made apparent in the first year, the student will be asked to withdraw his/her study from KHTS.
